We work as both main and sub-contractor, alongside architects, surveyors, structural engineers, main contractors, managing agents, and building owners.

- 6-8 Talbot Road, Bayswater, W2. Full restoration of Grade II listed Victorian stucco terraces in Bayswater, including the rebuild of three severely neglected chimney stacks, balcony concrete repairs, bespoke rear staircase replacement, and facade redecoration.
- The Conrad London St James Hotel, Westminster. Four-month external refurbishment of a luxury hotel near Westminster, repairing crumbling pilasters, replacing string course stone and leadwork.
- Menier Chocolate Factory, Southwark, SE1. Full facade restoration of the Grade II listed Victorian chocolate factory on O’Meara Street, including hand-carved Bath stone dressings, lime repointing, brickwork repairs, and sash window restoration.
- Brentford Library, Boston Manor Road, TW8. Restoration of the terracotta and faience entrance portico of the Grade II listed Carnegie library in Brentford, removing decades of incorrect pointing that had stained and damaged the carved lettering.
- Christ Church, Highbury Grove, N5. Restoration of Gothic Revival stonework to the entrance elevation of a Victorian Anglican church in Highbury, including carved door surrounds and decorative stone capitals.
- Commercial building, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6. Ten-week rebuild of seven failing gable ends on a Victorian commercial building in Maidenhead, with replacement coping and apex stones, reclaimed brickwork, and winter working protocols throughout.
- 10 Buckingham Gate, Westminster, SW1E (Duchy of Cornwall). Full facade restoration of the Grade II listed Duchy of Cornwall office opposite Buckingham Palace, including removal of fifty-plus layers of paint, stucco repairs, balustrade replication, and the hand-carving of a replacement Prince of Wales feathers emblem.
- 47 Upper Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, W1. Technically demanding replacement of a 450kg cantilevered Portland stone balcony in Mayfair, requiring four months of bespoke structural steel design and a Hiab crane operation with road closures.
- Grade I listed mural, Sugar House Lane, Stratford, E15. Successful relocation of a Grade I listed painted mural in Stratford using a purpose-engineered steel frame and 100-tonne crane, a four-day operation that multiple other contractors had declared impossible.
- 63 Pall Mall, Westminster, SW1. External refurbishment of a commercial building on Pall Mall, replacing Portland stone balcony cladding, carrying out structural steel repairs, repointing, stone indents, and a full facade clean in time for a Christmas scaffolding deadline.
- 2 Margaret Street, Westminster, W1. Six-week restoration programme for the Langham Estate on a Victorian commercial building in Westminster, rebuilding two chimney stacks from scratch, replacing stone sills and damaged brickwork, and completing large-scale repointing.
